Travel is an amazing way to learn about the world and, in some cases, have once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Brothers Kip and Rick Lambert know this better than anyone—it’s the very idea on which they built their company, Destinations.
From jungle safaris to beach getaways, Destinations specializes in group and leisure travel, meetings and conferences, and incentive travel, offering opportunities for people to travel all over the globe for the last 32 years. They like to say they do everything but pack your bags!
Kip and Rick didn’t build this company alone—it’s in their blood. Their grandfather started his own travel company and their father, Chris, originally started Destinations in 1990. They officially took the reins in 2011 after growing up in the business.
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, they learned to navigate all the ups and downs—including a pandemic where travel was shut down for a period of time. Through it all, their customers continue to choose them for their uncompromising, personalized service and their desire to give more in value than they receive in payment.
As business owners who value these things in their own company, Kip and Rick look for loyalty and understanding in their partners. That’s why the Lambert brothers chose Mountain American Credit Union as their banking partner.
