Dream Team: Paying for Groceries

Mountain America Credit Union has partnered with Fox 13 Utah to create the Dream Team. This group of do-gooders finds deserving people around the state who could use some support. And, we like to help in a big way—by changing lives!

This time, instead of helping just one person, we helped a bunch—ambush-style! We stopped by a Smith’s grocery store in West Jordan, chose people at random and asked if it was okay if we paid for their groceries. What an amazing experience as we shared positive vibes with these folks and helped to make their paycheck go a little further.

All-in-all, we helped 16 families with their grocery bill that day. Whew!
