What happens to my direct deposit and transactions now that my Mountain America account has closed?
It is very important for you to immediately update your employer and any other depositors with your new account information.
Mountain America and Sunward are working together to ensure direct deposits continue for a limited time after the transition. However, we strongly recommend updating your information as soon as you receive your new account details to avoid any delays in receiving your funds.

Your Mountain America credit and debit cards will no longer work as of March 1. Please use your new Sunward cards instead. If you have not received your new Sunward credit or debit cards, please immediately contact Sunward. Be sure to update your card details with merchants.
Please also stop using Mountain America checks and update any ACH or wire transactions to your new Sunward account.

In most cases your username will remain the same—however, you will need to create a new password. This can be done the first time you access the Sunward online banking system.
