Coleman has over 20 years of experience in banking. Before joining Mountain America, he served as a branch manager and a business banking lender, where he honed his skills in financial management and client relations.

In his free time, Coleman enjoys camping with his family and friends, watching sports and hiking. However, what brings him the most joy is watching his children follow their dance and volleyball dreams.
