Before coming to Mountain America, Jon specialized in human capital management, offering support for tax reporting, payroll management, human resources, insurance, retirement solutions and business tax credits. He also helped businesses expand their online presence and boost sales through content creation, website development and industry-relevant strategies.

Beyond his professional life, Jon is a family man who has been happily married for 10 years and has four children. He enjoys quality time outdoors—camping, dirt biking, mountain biking and sledding with his family. Jon also volunteers in the children's ministry at Capital Church in Meridian.
