Will I automatically be switched from the previous provider to Payroc?

No, you will not be automatically enrolled. Please fill out the form here to switch to the new Payroc system.

How long will the transition from the old system to the new system take?

After filling out the form on this page, you should be up and running on the new system in as little as three business days.

What is Payroc?

Payroc is a full-service payment processor and acquirer. Mountain America’s payment processing systems will now be powered by Payroc, although our team will continue to personally provide all support for our business products.

What if I don’t make the switch?

If you don’t take action to switch to Payroc, you will remain on the previous system. However, the dedicated support team at Mountain America will be unable to assist you with service issues as our system access will be deactivated. You also will not have access to the benefits provided by the Payroc system listed above.

Will switching to Payroc automatically cancel my service through the previous provider?

No, switching will not automatically cancel your service. When you move over, our business team will guide you though the process and provide you with more information.
*Mountain America will replace existing equipment with equipment of equal value that is compatible with Payroc. Mountain America is unable to cover the cost of upgraded equipment.
