ACH transactions can only be disputed within two (2) business days from settlement of the transaction. Once this timeframe has passed, items may not be eligible for dispute and Mountain America cannot guarantee recovery of funds. Instead, you may need to contact the originating party or local authorities directly.
Checks must be disputed within one (1) business day after check withdrawal transaction on the account. Once this timeframe has passed, the return of checks and recovery of funds may not be possible.
