If you forgot your password you can reset it by following these steps
- Access www.macu.com.
- Enter your username.
- Click Login
- Click Forgot Password
- Confirm your identity by entering your Username, SSN/Tax ID, and Birth Date.
- Select email or text message to receive a temporary password.
- Enter your username again.
- Enter the temporary password.
- Create and confirm your new password.
- Click Login to complete the password change.
- Contact our Service Center at 1-800-748-4302.
- Visit a local branch.
