Mortgage closing costs are fees associated with getting a mortgage. This may include:
Origination, appraisal, title, points, underwriting, processing, etc.

All of the closing costs should be listed on your loan estimate when you apply for the mortgage loan and on your closing disclosure when you close the loan.
