Koleen Faddis is a senior mortgage loan officer serving the Salt Lake valley. She has been with Mountain America since 2001.

She educates members in all facets of homeownership. This includes credit counseling that can help prepare you to qualify for a mortgage in the future. She has successfully helped Mountain America members achieve their dream of homeownership.

Before becoming a Loan Officer, Koleen was a mortgage processor and underwriter, giving her an edge when it comes to understanding what will be required for your mortgage loan process to be a seamless experience from beginning to end.

Koleen and her husband Mike have three dogs. She enjoys traveling and bicycling.
