Enroll in Digital Banking

Enroll in mobile or online banking with a few simple steps.

1. Account number

If you don't remember your account number, please call us at 1-800-748-4302, chat with us, or visit your nearest branch, and we will help.

2. Valid contact info

During the enrollment process, a temporary password will be sent to either the email address or mobile phone number on your account. To update your contact info, please call us at 1-800-748-4302 or visit your nearest branch.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Enroll on either your phone or a computer, and the same username and password will allow you to access online banking from any device. If you are already using either our mobile or online banking sites, no action is necessary. You may log onto either platform using your existing credentials.

Enroll on the mobile app

  1. Tap here to download and install the mobile app, or point your mobile browser to /app.
  2. Open the Mountain America app and select 'Register'.
  3. Read and accept our Service Agreement and select ‘Continue’.
  4. Enter your full account number and SSN/Tax ID, and click 'Continue'.
  5. Enter a unique username.
  6. Select if you would like to receive your temporary password via email or text message.
  7. Enter the temporary password and click 'Continue'.
  8. Create your own unique password.

Enroll on your computer

  1. Click here to begin the registration process.
  2. Choose 'Individual' or 'Business' account registration.
  3. Read and accept our Service Agreement and select ‘Continue’.
  4. Enter your full account number and SSN/Tax ID, and click 'Continue'.
  5. Enter a unique username.
  6. Select if you would like to receive your temporary password via email or text message.
  7. Enter the temporary password and click 'Continue'.
  8. Create your own unique password.
