As a credit union, Mountain America has always focused on enriching the lives of others. Often, it’s through community outreach. However, the experience our members have when they interact with us is also a priority.

That’s why we’ve got Nathan Anderson, chief operating officer at Mountain America Credit Union, in the podcast lounge. When it comes to member experience, he’s the expert—he even won an award for it!

We certainly don’t expect our members to be experts when it comes to their finances—that’s why we’re here. Everyone at Mountain America believes in helping our members and guiding them on to their next goal. “It’s easy to be passionate about what we do because our members own the credit union. And we exist solely to serve them,” says Nathan. “The recognition is actually recognition for the credit union and the great things we’re trying to do for the members.”
