Message From Our President

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread around the world, it is causing disruption to businesses and everyday life. Mountain America is committed to your personal and financial well-being and is closely monitoring the situation with information from state and federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are adapting operations and using best practice sanitization procedures to continue to serve you as well as provide better safety for you, our other members, and our employees.

Mountain America was formed by a group of people coming together to help one another during difficult times. Eighty-four years later, we are a financially sound, vibrant and thriving organization. We have carefully developed plans to ensure we are well prepared to serve our members across a variety of platforms and circumstances—including pandemics.

During this time, we remind you of our services such as mobile and online banking, ATMs, and automated phone services.

Branch Network
Branches are open and fully functional at this time. Visit this link to get the most updated branch information moving forward.

Service Center
Our Service Center remains open, and is handling calls as usual. Call wait time could increase as volumes go up, so we are adding additional employees to this team.

Remote Access
Mountain America’s mobile app and online banking platforms allow you to easily access your accounts and manage finances remotely including:

- Pay bills and transfer funds
- Make loan payments
- Send money to friends and family
- Freeze or unfreeze your debit or credit card, request a new card, activate a new card, change your PIN
- Set-up account alerts
- Apply for loans
- Transfer a balance (mobile)
- Deposit checks (mobile)

Additionally, you can make deposits, check balances and withdraw cash at any of our convenient ATMs or our participating CO-OP Network and Moneypass locations. We can also schedule phone appointments to help with things like mortgage and other loan applications.

Commitment to Members
We are aware that economic disruptions can cause financial challenges. If you face financial hardship from the Coronavirus, please contact a member service representative. We will move forward together for the best outcome and continue our tradition of People Helping People.

For more information on COVID-19 visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at www.cdc.gov.

Thank you for being a valued Mountain America member.

Sincerely,

Sterling Nielsen
