Whether it’s being in an inspiring environment, practicing breathwork or meditation, or just creating something beautiful, Jenn believes finding what makes you happy is the basis for any goal. But how do you know if you are pursuing a life of significance? “Only you get to tell us if your life is significant. It comes from everyone internally,” she says. “It’s a prayer. It’s a centering to ourselves. It’s an offering to the world.”
Jenn believes in failure there is purpose. “If there’s an area where you’re stuck or you’re failing, per se,” she explains, “harvest that.” All our experiences in life can have value—even our struggles. Watch the full video to get more of this insight and inspiration!
