Mountain America Celebrates New Ten Mile Branch in Meridian, Idaho
Dignitaries and special guests from across the state, including Mayor Robert Simison, gathered for the ribbon cutting ceremony
Mountain America Credit Union celebrated its newest Idaho branch in Meridian with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 10, 2022. Mayor Robert Simison and guests from the Meridian Chamber of Commerce joined Mountain America leadership and the new location’s staff to commemorate the occasion.
“We're pleased that you have chosen to continue your investment to serve your members here in our community,” said Simison. “You have been making your mark in Meridian. We see your employees out, investing in the community, we see your sponsorship of things occurring in the community. And that's what is beautiful about credit unions, especially here in Idaho. They get involved, they give back, and that's where that reinvestment occurs.”
“We are thrilled to offer this new branch in the heart of a major growth area in the Treasure Valley,” said Sterling Nielsen, president and chief executive officer of Mountain America Credit Union. “We always strive to provide conveniently-located branches to best accommodate our members’ needs.”
Tiffany Vincent, the new Ten Mile branch manager, has been with Mountain America for ten years. She is responsible for training and developing her teams and ensuring the credit union’s mission of helping members define and achieve their financial dreams is realized.
“Our team has been looking forward to the opening of the Meridian Ten Mile branch. Meridian is such a great city, and we are excited to serve the people of the community and provide them with exceptional member service,” she said. “One of my favorite things about working for Mountain America Credit Union is that we put our members first in everything we do and help them to achieve their financial dreams. We like to think of each member who comes through our door as family.”
The Ten Mile branch features the credit union’s latest cutting-edge branch design, providing a welcoming, open space that promotes a positive member experience.
