Q: How do I file an affidavit of fraud?

We are sorry you suspect fraud on your account or card. If the transaction involved your card, contact Mountain America immediately at 1-800-748-4302 or use Card Manager on the mobile app to freeze your card. If the fraud is not associated with your card, contact the Service Center at 1-800-748-4302.
