Mountain America Credit Union loves making a difference in our members’ lives. We caught up with Lt. Oren McGuire of the Nampa, Idaho police department about why he chooses to bank with us.

Growing up on a farm in Bruneau, Idaho, Lt. McGuire moved to Nampa 22 years ago, and soon began his career in law enforcement. It’s a challenging job that keeps him busy but he loves it!

If he had to choose one reason why he prefers Mountain America, Lt. McGuire says it’s because of the small-town feel he experiences each time he visits a branch. He goes on to say that, even though there are branches across six states, the employees he interacts with regularly are like a second family to him.
