Mountain America's $5,000 Donation to the American Red Cross Brings the Total for BYU Charity Programs to $49,750

For the third year, Mountain America Credit Union supported the American Red Cross through its Brigham Young University (BYU) field goal charitable donation program. With the football season coming to a close, Mountain America presented the American Red Cross with a $5,000 check.

Since 2018, Mountain America’s BYU football and basketball donation programs have donated $49,750 to the American Red Cross to provide critical care and resources for those impacted by disasters and emergencies.
 

Mountain America’s college athletic donation programs extend beyond its partnership with BYU:

• Last month at Boise State University, Mountain America presented Bronco Life with a $15,000 check as part of the first-down charitable donation program.
• Mountain America’s first-down program at Idaho State University will donate $10,000 to Operation Warm at the conclusion of the 2020-2021 football season

For the 2020-2021 men's basketball season, additional contributions will be made to St. Luke’s Health Foundation (Boise State University), American Red Cross (Brigham Young University) and Operation Warm (Idaho State University) as part of Mountain America’s 3-point shot promotions.
