Dream Team Box Banjo Zoom-Bomb | Mountain America Credit Union

Mound Fort Junior High teacher, Ron Proctor, needed a little help raising funds for his creative project to help students learn how to make their own musical instrument. What instrument? Box banjos, of course! 

Mr. Proctor always goes above and beyond for his students. When he discovered he was able to connect with them by building box banjos, he started raising money for the materials. However, the donations weren’t quite enough to get the project off the ground. 

This is where the Mountain America Dream Team “Zoomed” in! While on a virtual call with the assistant principal of his school, Mr. Proctor was surprised to see none other than Big Budah appear on his screen with a very special message! Thanks to donations from Mountain America Credit Union, Mr. Proctor’s fund-raising goal had been met and now the kids can move forward with this amazing project.
